I had Kundalini awakening several years ago and it had nothing
to do with Yoga. For me the side effects were terrible and all I
could find out in books and on the internet were about men's Kundalini
awakening. Here I am a female. When this energy was awake, going up
my spine it caused terrible headache's, could not sleep for days, as
it seemed I was wired into to 220 electrical socket as far as energy
goes. Feet and ankles swelled with blisters, also blisters on my palms
and between fingers. I had great jump in consciousness(awareness of
things I wasn't aware of before). There was the sexual side too
(causing a lot of heat). I would wake up at night there would be a
light on in my head, but light faded away as I became aware of it.
Just when I could not stand any more and possibly go crazy, the energy
would drop back down to the base of my spine and everything would go
back to normal. I never knew when it would awaken as there didn't
seem to be any time line.
A warning here, so not try to awaken this monster unless you have
a Living Master that can harness this energy for you other wise it can
cause your demise.
