Subject: I was thinking about the 'Sun'.. Our star. ....dissolution of the Order of the Star.

It's a fascinating concidence that we always get just about the right 'Energy'
in order to live in our forms.. Obviously, it would not take much, considering
the scale of this bright star, to vaporize or just cool down this earth with less
than ice-age temperatures.

All that, we take for granted, and for good reasons I'm not argueing.

What remains is the real splendor and power of this solar body.
But at the risk of being a bit 'Mystical' I still wonder if a body of this
magnitude, or any body of power, can't have some 'cosmic' intent,
outside our abilities to reason it.

The facts remains; We are all alive because 'carbon based' life, is
possible within this narrow scope. Even the most advanced scientific
theories have a hard time imagining possibilities of 'intelligent' life,
outside that scope.. I mean 'Silicon' based life forms is still jsut a Star Trek
novel, and even then I'm not sure if it could withstand other ranges
of temperatures and conditions.

Is there intelligent life' on Saturn, Mercury, Jupiter or mars ?..
Every attempt scientifics made to find any proof was already unfructuous.
That is not a proof that it cannot be; But already strong evidence enough
that we are rather unique, in our favorable conditions for such a display
of variety, and technological achievements. Because anything superior
to our abilities, should probably use the potential of telecommunications.
And that's a fact that electromagnetic waves, signal transmissions is the
most basic use of this universal building bricks of our universe...
Yet; No signals were detected from within our solar system.

The point being that we seem to have just all the 'right things' (water/carbon/...),
and with just the right shield (earth magnetosphere to protect from cosmic rays),
and the right temperatures, for the most important elements to interact.
Such as the water molecule to offer all its known phases; (vapor, liquid, solid).

It would not take much to make this all impossible.. But there it is !
Earth is at a precise orbit, and orderly revolves to promote all the cycles and
potentials of the elements it bares... And to top it all; All these elements came
from the Sun during the formation of our system.

The point of all that is to strongly underline that what we generally take for
granted; (Every day, the sun rise, and we just can breathe, and all..),
is statistically a mystery.

Just to add to our common attitudes of taking it all for granted, we can consider
just the other life forms, sharing our grounds.. We used to think that lower life forms,
we call animals and insects are devoid of the ability of thinking, or we would just
call that 'pure instinct'.. While that is a debate in itself, we can grant some other
human civilisations with a deeper respect with these 'lower life forms'. Old indian
tribes for example, but they made a multi-theist system of this all, yet there was
a defenite respect to this reality. But in our current modern days and so called
advanced civilisations; We are very 'shy' to give attributes of intelligence to animals.
All that, while we already can demonstrate it clearly in various species.
Even genuine altruism was described from convincing scientifical researches with
monkeys.. They just don't talk, and pay taxes; But they sure feed on what we consider
'our crops' and for that; They pay the price.

As much as we can go on with all the mysteries becoming tangilble to the intellect
we are and have learned to use as humans; As much it can still offer a rising challenge
to revisit, over and over our downsized conception of the whole.
We call this often evolution of our societies, technologies and every aspects we are
yet just capable of considering.. Most of everything is infringing on taboos, and for
most raise the fears of the 'unknown'..

Uknown intelligence in so called lower life forms; While we feel safer to kill them
for profit or just from a good old habbit of manifesting our survival 'instincts' also
driven by a fear.. Because we may just not know better yet.

Unknown intelligence within our own human communities; Because societies and
institutions have to have rules even when we already know they can be counter productive
when evolution is something we already easily understand.
Although rules may be favorable, they still can grow wild and without wisdom.
It's historical facts that humans have been the predator of their own kind already,
as all the forms of enslavering can depict. Modern days are just mading this more
subtil, and for a 'candy'/$$' there are lots of people willing to go to the extreme.

Some thinkful philosophers suggest that there is virtually no 'freedom of will'..
Krishnamurti..
-------- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiddu_Krishnamurti (Who's computer is this?)
that Krishnamurti first met C.W. Leadbeater, who claimed clairvoyance.
During his forays to the Theosophical estate's beach at the
nearby Adyar river, Leadbeater had noticed Krishnamurti
(who also frequented the beach with others), and was amazed by the "most
wonderful aura he had ever seen, without a particle of selfishness in it".[14][15]
This strong impression was notwithstanding Krishnamurti's outward appearance,
which, according to eyewitnesses, was pretty common, unimpressive, and unkempt.
The boy was also considered "particularly dim-witted";
he often had "a vacant expression" that "gave him an almost moronic look".
...

Pupul Jayakar, in her biography of Krishnamurti,[17] quotes him speaking of that period in his life
some 75 years later: "The boy had always said, 'I will do whatever you want'.
There was an element of subservience, obedience. The boy was vague, uncertain,
woolly; he didn't seem to care what was happening. He was like a vessel,
with a large hole in it, whatever was put in, went
through, nothing remained."[18]

Following his "discovery", Krishnamurti was taken under the wing of the leadership
of the Theosophical Society in Adyar and their
inner circle.
------

IMHO; Nowonder such a boy could be trained and eventually, deny Love and even consider there is
just no freedom of will. (Sorry I can't find back that quote which was rather clear.)

PATHLESS is the title of this.
"dissolution of the Order of the Star. " Krishnamurti

"The Order of the Star was the organisation built around Krishnamurti
by Theosophists who selected him at the age of 13 to be
the vehicle for the return of the Christ, or Maitreya. "

http://bernie.cncfamily.com/k_pathless.htm (Who's computer is this?)

Can you imagine that level of organised endoctrination ... Krishnamurti was SMART,
in the end.

And that is culminating to this statement I just selected..

"
I maintain that Truth is a pathless land, and you cannot approach it by any path whatsoever,
by any religion, by any sect. That is my point of view, and I adhere to that absolutely
and unconditionally. Truth, being limitless, unconditioned, unapproachable
by any path whatsoever, cannot be organised; nor should any organisation
be formed to lead or coerce people along any particular path.
If you first understand that, then you will see how impossible it is
to organise a belief. " -Krishnamurti

I believe this is quite right !.. But as always, the TRUTH in it is something
you have to 'make for yourself' first and then just see beyond that it's just
not a 'system'/'philosophy' ...

"This is no magnificent deed, because I do not want followers, and I mean this.
The moment you follow someone you cease to follow Truth. " - Krishnamurti

WOW !!,,, I mean this is some real honest and caring statement from a man
who appears to me, like denying the 'sentiments of Love' in earlier speeches
and statements..... I mean. Somewhere, this man really bloomed into something
heartfull and inspiring; As quite many of his even earlier statements are IMHO,
extremely inspiring.

(P.S slider; Here is an opportunity for you to talk about Krishnamurti, and not
try to focus on me (poor old 'fucked temporal)

I really enjoyed and deeply appreciate this speech, as a 'standalone' better
than various 'quotes' about him and maybe even the other scripts he made
about various topics... I'm just going for one early thing he spoke of already.
And that is;

"...all those questions have no importance at all. What is important is to understand sorrow for yourself,
and thereby to end sorrow. Only then will you find out what lies beyond sorrow.
Otherwise it is like sitting on this side of the mountain and speculating about what lies on the other side."
-Krishnamurti on Sorrow.

Not about being selfish, nor being 'thoughtless' but as slider and others have mentionned,
the 'experiential' aspect of oneself... Is that the cessasion of thoughts that can conclude this
all.. Let's not offer another doctrine about it, but contemplate the prospects and potentials
it can bring to see 'beyond'. What I 'Do' with it is up to me, as krishnamurti also decided
to dissolve a philosophical system about his 'path', and then offered a pathless path.

Listen to Krishnamurti again:

"You think and hope that another can, by his extraordinary powers - a miracle -
transport you to this realm of eternal freedom which is Happiness.
